This dual action flywheel cycle has an exercise monitor with five functions. The functions are: distance, scan, speed, time, calories.
The calorie reading shows the theoretical calorie burn while the time shows minutes and seconds. There’s a rotational knob that can adjust the tension control. There’s a polypropylene belt which goes over the cast iron flywheel. The pedals have adjustable straps and they are self levelling and the padded saddle height can be adjusted. The upper body can also be toned simultaneously because of the rowing action.
The cycle weighs 24.5kg while the flywheel weighs 4.5kg. Its dimensions are 122cm x 57cm x 88cm (H x W x L). It comes packed in a flat package to be assembled at home. It can take the weight of a person up to 110kg or 17.2st.
